Q: What are your rates?
A: Our rates vary depending on size and type of storage. We offer discounts for longer term commitments. Please call us to help determine what type of storage unit will fit your needs.
Q: Do I need insurance?
A: Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility. Check your homeowner’s or renter’s policy to see if you are already covered. If you are not already covered you can apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage. We will provide you with information on insurance carriers.
Q: Do you give me a key?
A: We provide you with your own coded access to enter and exit the facility. You provide your own lock so that you are the only one with access to your storage unit. You may purchase a high quality lock at any hardware store (Goodman’s is next door).
Q: Can I have my monthly rent automatically charged to my credit card?
A: We can set up your account to automatically charge your credit card each month. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Q: What is the minimum time that I can store?
A: The minimum rental period is one (1) month.
Q: What documentation do I need to rent a storage unit?
A: A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit. Watercraft and RV must be accompanied by current registration and proof of insurance.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week access to your unit. For an appointment with the manager, just call to set up a time.
Q: What is your policy for vacating a unit?
A: We require a 30 day notice, beginning on the 1st of the month you plan to vacate. The unit should be swept and all garbage hauled away.
